Delaware, Ohio Water Damage

Plumbing issue caused major water and mold damage in this Delaware, Ohio home. SERVPRO of Northeast Columbus sent our professionally trained estimator out to inspect the loss. The plumbing had been completed and demolition and repairs were needed to restore this home.

Water had been leaking for an unknown period. The drain from the bathroom sink had collapsed and fell into the crawlspace due to age and wear and tear. The walls and floor in the bathroom and adjacent bathroom were affected. Mitigation include removal of the carpet and pad in the bedroom and all damaged drywall was removed. The bathroom vanity, drywall and flooring were all replace and looks great.
